At GOLDEN Sports-Apps, we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use our Android and iOS fitness apps.

Note: The information outlined in Sections 1-7 applies when you use our apps without setting up a user account. Once you create a user account, the additional terms described in Section 8 will apply.

1. Data Collection

Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The apps are designed to work entirely offline and any fitness data or workout plans are saved directly on your device. No data is sent to our servers or shared with third parties.

2. Data Usage

The fitness apps track and store workout-related data, such as your fitness exercises and training plans, directly on your mobile device. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing you with personalized workout plans and is not transmitted anywhere outside your device.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any third-party services (such as analytics or advertising tools) into our apps. Therefore, no third parties have access to the data stored on your device.

4. Data Sharing

Since no data is collected or transmitted by our apps, there is no data to share with any third party.

5. User Rights

Since no personal data is collected, stored, or processed by our apps, you have no need to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. All data is stored locally on your device and can be managed directly through the app settings or by uninstalling the app.

6. Use of Health Connect by Golden Sports Apps

Our app integrates with Health Connect by Android to securely share your workout data. This integration allows us to store your exercise data, including:

- Exercise Type: The type of exercise performed (e.g., push-ups).
- Start and End Time: The duration of the exercise session.

6.1. Data Usage:

The exercise data is written to Health Connect at the end of a workout to help you track and manage your fitness activities.

Sharing this data with Health Connect is optional. If you choose not to grant permissions or decline the option within the app, no data will be shared.

Our app does not read or access any data stored in Health Connect, nor does it share data with any third parties.

6.2. User Control:

You have complete control over the data stored in Health Connect. You can manage, review, or delete data directly through the Health Connect app settings.

If you revoke permissions or opt not to enable this feature, no data will be written to Health Connect.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date.

8. User Accounts and Use of Personal Data

If you choose to set up a user account, additional data will be collected, stored, and processed in a secure Firebase Firestore database. By creating an account, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described below.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Your data will be retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, or for other legitimate business purposes.

8.5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data associated with your account. You may manage your personal information through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Additionally, you can use the "Delete Account" function in the Privacy Settings of the app to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

9. Use of Google Calendar Data

Our apps offer an optional integration with Google Calendar. If you choose to connect your Google account, we request the following permissions:

10. Use of Strava Data

Our apps offer an optional integration with Strava. If you choose to connect your Strava account, we may transmit workout data from your device to your Strava profile. This integration is entirely optional and only occurs after you explicitly authorize it within the app and through Strava’s OAuth workflow.

10.1. Data Collected and Transmitted

When you enable Strava integration, the app will send the following workout information to Strava:

We do not read, access, download, or store any data from your Strava account. The integration is strictly one-way: your workout data is uploaded to Strava, and nothing is retrieved from their platform.

10.2. Purpose of Data Transmission

Your workout information is sent to Strava solely to allow you to record your training sessions on your Strava profile. We do not use Strava data for analytics, advertising, personalization, or profiling.

10.3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, or disclose Strava user data to any third party. We do not store any Strava-related data on our servers. All processing happens locally on your device. Only the data necessary to publish your workout session to your Strava account is transmitted.

10.4. User Control and Revocation

You maintain full control over Strava integration. You can:

Once permissions are revoked, the app will no longer be able to create activities in your Strava account.

We do not store any Strava user data. Workout activities uploaded to Strava remain within your Strava account and can be modified or deleted there at any time.
